This 600 x 350 x 80 mm positioning cushion is engineered for operating tables in surgical suites requiring an extended contact area combined with secure table anchoring. Fitted with hook-and-loop (velcro) fasteners as standard — and available without velcro upon request —, it mounts firmly onto operating table sections, eliminating slippage or unwanted movement even during table articulation or under heavy patient load.
Combining a 60 cm length with a 35 cm width and an intermediate 8 cm elevation, this positioning block distributes interface pressure evenly across broad anatomical regions without disrupting the patient's spinal or joint alignment. Its completely flat surfaces prevent rolling, tilting, or edge collapse. It works effectively to stabilize the pelvic area, cushion both lower limbs simultaneously under the thighs or calves, or pad the upper back beneath the shoulder blades.

The cushion is offered in three medical foam densities to meet procedural needs: standard density for softer cushioning during brief procedures, high density for dependable daily firm support, and very high density to prevent bottoming out under sustained load or heavier body weight, ensuring the 80 mm working elevation remains functional throughout surgery.
The outer medical-grade coating conforms strictly to operating theater infection control standards. Fully waterproof and impermeable to blood, irrigation fluids, and chemical disinfectants, its smooth surface prevents liquid absorption.
